What's included in the course?
10 short videos where Julie introduces a key concept to help you take the next step forward in accepting your body as she is today. The videos range in length from 3 minutes to 7 minutes, with the average being about 5 minutes long. This is a mini-course. It's designed to be easily digested, yet also pack a punch! Action steps to go along with each video. A workbook to guide transformational journaling work.
I took your body image mini course... is this different?
Great question! YES! This course is different. The body image mini course focuses on introducing you to key concepts in how we relate to body image, specifically. This course gives you actionable items on how to accept the skin you're in.
Do I need to have taken your body image mini course to take this one?
Nop! While these two courses do go really well together, and I recommend taking them both, they both stand alone on their own as two separate tools!

We all want to love our bodies. Body love is an incredible thing to work towards. And, my friend? This journey begins with acceptance. We've been programmed by our culture to hate our bodies, so that they can make BILLIONS off of us trying to shrink ourselves.

The truth? Diet Culture is based in scarcity: the more we focus on what we hate, the more we hate our bodies, the more we purchase their pills/workout dvds/wraps/whatevers.

We can't hate ourselves into loving our bodies. We must take a drastically different approach.
