So then she got to thinking. She can only coach so many women one-on-one... so how can she spread this powerful intuitive eating journey to more people?! She wants everyone to be empowered in this way!

Enter: Intuitive Eating The Group Experience. In this program, Julie translates her private coaching into a group setting. You'll even get the opportunity to coach with her biweekly, through group coaching calls, because she knows how important that support is to your growth.

In this 12-week course, Julie will guide you through the 10 principles of Intuitive Eating, and equip you with weekly exercises to put them into practice. Step-by-step she'll share not only the principles, but she'll share stories of how she and her private coaching clients have gone from feeling at war with food and exercise to feeling empowered by food and exercise through these 10 transformative steps.

Julie Wojno is a certified holistic health and mindset coach trained in the Transformational Coaching Method. She is also a certified intuitive eating counselor. She has a Masters degree from The Ohio State University where she studied communication and body image. Julie went from being at war with food, exercise and her body to a place of food freedom. Julie is passionate about sharing intuitive eating and transformational coaching to empower as many women as she can to love their bodies, and most importantly: LIVE their best lives.
